Allie Fosnot is an award-winning singer, pianist, arranger, and music director whose music aims to create impactful emotional experiences. She focuses on creating powerful music that captures raw emotions and works to build synergy between an individual and their audience. She also holds a deep appreciation for groove and rhythmic pieces of music. Whether she is singing, playing the piano, or both, Allie puts her all into the music she creates and directs.

As a teacher, Allie puts a huge emphasis on passion. She strives for her students to be excited about the music they create and works with her students to pick repertoire that is best suited for them. Allie’s vocal specialties include belting, improvisation, riffing, and dynamic control, which are not at all exclusive to genre. She grew up studying classical piano, specifically focused in romantic and impressionist pieces, and loves composers like Debussy and Grieg. As she grew older, she began to shift more towards the jazz and contemporary world of piano and now primarily uses her piano training to accompany herself while singing. On the piano, she specializes in hand technique, comping, and improv as well as classical pieces (particularly of the romantic and impressionist periods).

Allie is also an excellent teacher for competitions. She recently led her a cappella group, The Nor’easters, towards a huge victory in the 2026 International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) where they came in first place out of six hundred other groups. Though this involved the singing efforts of a group of seventeen individuals, she is confident in her abilities to guide someone through a competition. She prides herself in maintaining a balance between what the judges are looking for and what the performer wants to perform. Passion is key, and Allie has loads of it!

Allie is excited to teach at Page Music Lessons and share her abilities with others. She believes that music, no matter the form, creates community like no other and her passions lie deep within that belief.
