Marko Deperalta is a professional musician and music educator based in Boston, MA. Marko’s foundation in classical music and professional experiences in jazz and contemporary musics lends to his musical fluency, versatility, and knowledge of genres like RnB, pop, funk, folk, and rock.

Marko worked as a professional pianist and keyboardist for various entertainment agencies based in Boston before being hired as a music director and bandleader for Kahootz Entertainment. There, he led and directed teams of musicians across wedding venues and corporate functions all around New England, including Brigham and Women’s Winter Galas for the last three years. Marko also plays and records for several original acts based in Boston, and works as a professional collaborative pianist for music students at UMass Lowell and Boston University.

Marko has over seven years of studio and classroom teaching experience, working with students of all ages. Now, Marko is pursuing his Masters in Music Education at Boston University to gain educational licensure and better serve the diverse communities of Boston.
