Easy Song Night
Are you an adult beginner who would benefit from playing simple songs with other similar students? Would you like to supplement your own practicing and private lessons with a low-pressure performance opportunity?
Easy Song Night at Page Music Lessons is a “campfire-style” workshop designed for the adult beginner and beginner/intermediate student. Guided by a member of the Page Music staff, the class will sing and play basic versions of songs by a particular artist or theme. While best suited for guitar, voice, and piano students, all instruments/voice are welcome to attend. Best of all, the workshop is free for current Page Music students.

Page Music Jazz Ensemble (for kids!)
The Page Music Jazz Ensemble is a student music group devoted to all forms of jazz music, intended for students of the approximate age range 9 - 14. Students will learn to play popular jazz arrangements by artists like Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and more! Students will learn to read jazz charts and improvise over various forms.
The Page Music Jazz Ensemble is led by jazz saxophonist Daniel Bennett. The ensemble will rehearse on Sundays, on a bi-weekly basis. The ensemble will perform at Page Music events, and at various venues around Boston. Students should have at least two years of training on their instrument, and no previous jazz experience is necessary. Enrollment is $200 per semester (8 rehearsals).
